1.5 oz Alma Finca Orange Liqueur
1 oz soda water
2 oz prosecco
Garnish: lemon twist

Preparation: Add all the ingredients to a wine glass with ice and mix. Garnish with a lemon twist.

From dozens of bartenders across Mexico and the United States, only 8 finalists have secured their place in the Grand Final of the Shake That Citrus Competition.

Each participant was evaluated across four key pillars:

Technique & precision behind the bar
Creativity & knowledge of Alma Finca
Inspiration, storytelling & cultural connection

With over 18 years of experience, he has led acclaimed bar programs in León and Mexico City, built award-winning teams, and crafted cocktails that celebrate the flavors of southeastern Mexico.

Now, he joins the Shake That Citrus Competition jury to help redefine the authentic Mexican Margarita with Alma Finca orange liqueur.

Co-owner of Aruba Day Drink in Tijuana ranked No. 22 on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Keven Tocino is known for turning cocktails into multisensory experiences. Winner of Reyes de la Coctelería (Ancho Reyes Competition) in 2019, he continues to push Mexican mixology forward with creativity, precision, and a deep respect for its roots.
